Privacy and security are very important to us at PKC Designs Online. We want to make your experience on the Internet as enjoyable and rewarding as possible. We NEVER share your personal information with anyone other than the parties required to process your order, such as the credit card company. We do not sell, trade, rent or release our e-mail lists to any interested third parties.
PKC Designs Online has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. While we make every effort to ensure the integrity and security of our network and systems, we cannot guarantee that our security measures will prevent third-party “hackers” from illegally obtaining this information.
How to Order
We use the PayPal shopping cart to make the process as easy and streamlined as possible. Simply click the Add to Cart button for the products you want to order. Once you’ve added your chosen products, simply follow PayPal’s easy checkout process.
If for any reason you do not wish to use PayPal to order, you can place an order by telephone by calling 360-805-1336. We will accept checks and money orders. However, orders placed with checks or money orders must clear the bank before the order can be processed.
For our mailing address, questions or information on our products, contact us online or call 360-805-1336. Our office hours are 9:00am - 5:00pm PST, Monday - Friday. We are closed on all major holidays. Please allow up to two full business days for a response to your email, although we will respond as promptly as possible. If you do not receive a response from us within that time frame please call us as we may not have received your email.
Returns
Your shopping experience is important to us and we want to make sure that you are happy with your purchase. Please let us know within 30 days of your purchase and we will help coordinate return shipping. If you have paid by check we cannot accept a return until the check has cleared our bank. We will gladly refund the purchase price, exchange or replace the item if:
No returns will be accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase.

Shipping Information
Ordering and Shipping:
All orders are shipped either by UPS Ground or USPS, depending upon the order. Packages cannot be tracked through USPS. Therefore we will not be able to process any refunds for lost packages less than 90 days from the actual shipping date. If you prefer expedited shipping, please call 360-805-1336.
